How much do replacement lenses for Ray-Ban Meta glasses cost?
Non-prescription polarized replacement lenses are $119 for any Ray-Ban Meta style, in any of 14 lens colors or "Match My Lens Color". That flat fee includes premium coatings, expert installation, free U.S. shipping both ways and the return of your original lenses. Prescription lenses are $395 for Single Vision polarized, $495 for Progressive polarized, $249 to $379 for clear prescription, and $375 to $640 for Transitions prescription.
Do the camera, speakers and Meta AI still work after replacing the lenses?
Yes. Ray-Ban Meta lenses are passive. On Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1, Gen 2 and Gen 3 glasses (including the Optics versions), the camera, open-ear speakers, microphones and Meta AI live in the frame, not the lens, so new lenses don't affect any smart features. Ray-Ban Meta Audio (Clubmaster and Burbank) has no camera; its open-ear speakers, microphones and Meta AI also live in the frame.
Can I put prescription lenses in my Ray-Ban Meta glasses?
Yes. We make Single Vision and Progressive prescription lenses for every Ray-Ban Meta style, in polarized sun, clear or Transitions, including the Optics frames that come with demo lenses. Meta's own prescription service has published limits (Meta Glasses stop at +2.25 total power; the Gen 3 Aviator at −6.00/+4.00; orders placed on Meta.com at −6.00/+6.00), and it does not offer prism. Tajima Direct regularly fills prescriptions beyond those limits, including prism, high-index and progressives. If your prescription is very strong or unusual, email help@tajima-direct.com with your Rx before ordering and we'll confirm. Start on our Ray-Ban Meta prescription lenses page.

Do I need to send my frames in?
Yes. Ray-Ban Meta lens replacements are send-in only: our technicians trace your frame, cut your new lenses to fit and install them. After you order, we email you a prepaid shipping label or mail you a box with a prepaid label inside, usually within 1 business day. We install your new lenses and ship your glasses back to you.
What comes with my order?
A new pair of custom-cut lenses in your chosen color (Tajima Urethane™ polarized, or the prescription lenses you ordered), expert installation into your frames, premium anti-reflective, anti-scratch and water- and oil-repellent coatings, 100% UV protection, free U.S. shipping both ways, and the return of your original lenses.
How long will my order take?
Non-prescription lenses are installed and shipped back an estimated 2-5 business days after your frames reach our lab. Prescription lenses take an estimated 7-12 business days. Shipping to and from our lab isn't included in these estimates.
Does replacing the lenses affect my Ray-Ban Meta warranty?
For Ray-Ban Meta glasses, Meta points buyers to certified retailers for prescription lenses and says that if lenses were added elsewhere you should review the warranty terms for any restrictions. Meta's paid Warranty Plus plan excludes installation of non-authorized lenses, and Meta's Rx Lens Swap frame program covers Meta Glasses only, not Ray-Ban Meta. We have not seen a Meta or Ray-Ban page that says third-party lenses void the standard 12-month warranty. Tajima Direct is independent and not affiliated with Meta, Ray-Ban or EssilorLuxottica, so we recommend reviewing the current warranty terms for your glasses before ordering.
Which Meta glasses can't take replacement lenses?
Two models: the Meta Ray-Ban Display, whose prescription is embedded in the display lens when it is made and can't be changed, and the Oakley Meta Vanguard, which uses a single shield lens. Every other Ray-Ban Meta and Ray-Ban Meta Audio style is a standard two-lens frame we can fit, and we also make lenses for Meta Glasses and the Oakley Meta HSTN.
What are your return policy and warranty?
If you're not 100% satisfied, we offer a full refund with free return shipping within 30 days of receiving your new lenses, plus a 1-year warranty against manufacturer's defects.
